We love a big fluffy cotton towel at home. For swimming lessons, beach days and holidays with kids, they’re not always quite so convenient.

They get soaked. They get heavy. They take ages to dry. On the beach, sand works its way into every fibre. Then the damp towel gets bundled into a swimming or beach bag, transported back to the car, hotel or apartment and can still be sitting there wet hours later.

And in winter, when you’re trying to get towels dry indoors before the next swimming lesson rolls around, that can be even more of a pain.

The loopless fabric allows sand to shake off easily rather than becoming trapped deep inside fluffy fibres meaning more of the beach stays where it belongs instead of ending up in your bag, car, hotel room or holiday apartment.

Our favourite feature

It’s genuinely useful all year round.

In summer, we love being able to shake off the sand, pack it away small and avoid bringing quite so much of the beach back with us.

In winter, it’s the quick drying that wins. After swimming lessons, you don’t want another thick, soaking cotton towel hanging around the house struggling to dry particularly when you’ll need it all over again next week.

Beach bag in August or swimming bag in January, it’s simply less soggy stuff to deal with.
